Ingredients:  
3-4 cucumbers, 1/4 onion, Apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Peel cucumbers and onion, slice into a bowl and sprinkle with lots of salt. Let sit for about an hour, then pour water over bowl of cucumbers and onions, drain the salt off. Repeat this a couple times unless you LOVE salt! Then fill the bowl with about 1/4 water and remainder fill with apple cider until cucumbers and onions are covered. Stir, then Sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste. They taste best if you let sit for about 45 minutes prior to eating.
