Personal Notes:
This Taco soup recipe has become a Toups/Wheelan family favorite. Every year the entire Wheelan clan comes to Houston for Thanksgiving and everyone comes to our house the Wednesday night before and this is what we all have. It's the perfect comfort food after everyone's long road trip and it's completely opposite of the turkey that we will all be feasting on the next day! Grandma has even enjoyed a bowl or two on the Thanksgivings that she has spent with us.
It's also my favorite thing to cook when there is a great football game on!
