1 1/2 C graham crackers
1/4 C sugar
1/2 C butter
1 box jello cook & serve vanilla pudding - 3 cups
3 C whole milk
1 egg yolk
3 egg whites
1/4 C sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add sugar and cracker crumbs, save 1/4 crumbs, spread the rest of crumbs into 8 or 9 inch pie plate and bake for 10 min.at 350.
Make pudding as directed on box plus one egg yolk. Cool and stir for about 10 min. then pour into pie crust and top with meringue made from the egg whites, sugar & cream of tartar. Sprinkle the reserved 1/4 C crumbs over meringue and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.Prep time 45 min. 6 to 8 servings.
