1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
4 oz. can mushroom pieces
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Filling:
1/2 cup + 2 T. Bisquick
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. dried mustard
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cooked sausage with onion and green pepper, saute. Stir in mushrooms and tomatoes. Place in sprayed 8" sq. pan or pie pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Pour filling ingredients over this mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until set. Double recipe for a 9 x 13 pan.
