1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
1/2 C. sour cream
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning pkg.
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 C. red bell pepper
1/2 C. mango or nectarine, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1-2 jalapeņo chiles, finely chopped
1 tomato seeded and chopped

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning with a spoon until well mixed. Spread cream cheese mixture on a 10-inch serving plate. Sprinkle black beans, bell peppers, mango/nectarine, tomato, parsley and chiles over cream cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap. Serve with crisp tortilla chips. Chill until ready to serve.
