1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 1/2 C. ketchup
1 sleeve saltine crackers
1/2 C. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 C. Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except brown sugar and form into a loaf, approximately 3 inches thick. Place in a 9x13 baking dish, coated with cooking spray. Evenly coat the meatloaf with brown sugar. Bake at 360º for 1 hour and serve.
