2 cups Minute Rice
20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup milk
3 Tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package. Saute onion in butter. Add milk, soups and cheese. Mix well. Add cooked rice. Mix well. Pour into a baking dish. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
