1 ½ pounds ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
28 oz. can tomatoes
15 ounce can tomato sauce
2—10 ¾ oz. can cream of potato soup
1—10.5 oz can beef broth
2—16 oz cans kidney beans
1—7.25 ounce package dry taco mix seasoning
Corn chips--toppings
Shredded cheddar cheese-toppings

Directions:
In a Dutch oven or large pot brown the meat and the onion. Do not drain meat. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer 20-30 minutes. Serve over crushed corn chips and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Note: I use my Slow Cooker Crock pot. First I brown the meat and the onions in a skillet, then add this and all ingredients to my slow cooker on low heat and let it cook all day or overnight.
