8 oz wide egg noodles
2 cups of sour cream
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of chopped chives
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves of garlic minced (can use more)
2 tablespoons margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles as directed, keep warm. Mix sour cream, Parmesan, chives, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl. Stir margarine into hot noodles; stir in sour cream mixture. Arrange on warm platter. Sprinkle with an additional cup of Parmesan cheese.
