1 tbs olive oil
1 pound ground sirloin
salt and pepper
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, cubed
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1 (8oz can) tomato sauce
8 footlong hot dogs
1 tbs hot sauce
buns
2 cups shredded cheddar

Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add olive oil, meat and season with salt and pepper.. Brown and crumble beef. Add worcestershire, onion, chili powder, and cook together 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and reduce heat.

Boil franks in shallow pan to warm through. Ddrain water and returnt o medium heat. Score casings on dogs. Melt butter in skillet and hot sauce. Add cooked dogs to pan, browning and crisping casing in the hot sauce and butter. Placed devilish dogs in buns and top with chili and lots of cheese.

This is a tasty recipe. If you are limited with time and ingredients, I've made this without the chili on top. The dogs cooked in hot sauce and butter are really good too.
