4 lbs. ground beef
1/4c. Morton's Tender Quick Salt
Mix these 2 together and let sit overnight in frig.
Add 2T. liquid smoke,2T. coarse ground black pepper, 2t garlic powder. Mix Well
Divide into 3 or 4 rolls.

Place on broiler pan ungreased and uncovered. Bake at 255º for 4 hours. Cool and slice.

This recipe was given to me by a lady in Florida. It's like smoked sausage and very tasty. Something different to fix.
