1 lb. Cream Cheese 1 pint Cottage Cheese put thru sieve or blended in food processor. l C. Sugar
3/4 C to 1 C cream or evaporated milk.4 eggs, separated 2 T. flour Salt Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Sugar and Cheeses. Add Flour, Salt and Vanilla. Add beaten Egg Yolks. Mix well. Add Milk. Fold in Egg Whites. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour or more at 325º Use Graham Cracker shell or Zwieback Crust.
