1 box Pillsbury Pie Crust, 4 cups sliced peaches, 4 cups sliced strawberries, 1/4 c Tapioca, 1 1/4 c sugar, 2 T Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crust from frig to softened. In deep pie dish, place 1st crust in dish. In large bowl, mix fruit, sugar and tapioca and let sit for 15 minutes. Put into dish and dot with 1 T butter. Place 2nd crust on top and fold bottom crust edge over top and flute. Cut slits in crust. Bake in preheated 400º oven 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbles show through slits. Remove from oven and dot with remaining butter. Cool, serves 8
