1 c. soft butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. sifted flour
1/3 c.powdered milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Cream butter, sugar and eggs (1 at a time beating well after each addition). Sift flour w/powdered milk, baking powder and salt.

In separate bowl combine pineapple juice lemon and vanilla. Add flour alternately with juice to creamed butter and sugar beating after each 1/3, add coconut stir well. Spread in well greased 10" tube pan. cool 10 minutes on rack and invert.

Icing:
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 tblsp. lemon juice
2 tblsp. water
