1 1/2 c. Grits
6 c. boiling water
1 stick of butter
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese ( cut into small cubes)
2 T salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
3 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add grits to boiling water. Lower heat and cook 6-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove pan from heat. Add butter and cheese and stir until cheese is melted into the hot grits. Mix salt, tabasco and eggs and add to the grits mixture. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish and bake covered for 1 hour on 250º.

If you are using slow cooking grits, cook the grits for 20 minutes, If the grits are too soupy after you remover the cover, cook a little bit longer without the cover.
