2 tsp. dried sage
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 center-cut, bone in pork chops
1 T. canola oil
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup chicken broth
3 T. balsamic vinegar
2 T. maple syrup
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices and rub on both sides of pork chops.
Heat oil to med/high. Cook pork chops 5-6 minutes per side. Remove chops but keep them warm.
Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in broth, vinegar and syrup. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Spoon sauce over pork chops.
