4 cans of tuna, drained and pressed dry
6 slices or bread, cubed with crust removed (optional)
1 c mayonnaise or plain yogurt
3 tb fresh parsley or 2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried mustard
1 sm onion finely chopped
1-2 tsp paprika (to taste)
1-2 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1-2 tsp salt (to taste)
1 medium to large egg
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1-2 tsp lemon/dill seasoning
3 tb oil (for frying)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the panko. Do not over mix. Form into patties, dredge through panko. Refrigerate the patties for at least an hour. Fry until golden brown. Top with Brie sauce.
