1 pint oysters (shucked)
1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 pound crab meat
1/2 pound bacon and drippings
1 large onion
1 bell pepper (with seeds)
3 cloves garlic
3 bay leaves
1 (16 ounce) can tomato puree
1 small can tomato paste
2 cups water
1 small can kernel corn
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
2 pounds cut-up okra (optional)
Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Brown and remove bacon. Saute onions, chopped seeded bell pepper and garlic cloves for 2 - 3 minutes. Add tomato puree, tomato paste, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Add all ingredients except oysters, shrimp, crab meat, and corn. Cook 1 hour on medium heat. Fold in remaining ingredients (seafood, bacon, and corn), cook another 10 minutes. Serve over white rice.
