2 boxes frozen broccoli, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (room temperature)
1 stick margarine (room temperature)
1/8 lb. (approx. 18) Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions, 10-15 minutes. Drain. Slice cheese and margarine into broccoli while broccoli is still warm. Combine well. Place in greased casserole dish, starting with crumbs, then broccoli, then crumbs. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, until bubbly and browned.

Kelley says: "This is a family favorite, and it is requested at all of our gatherings. The recipe can be doubled without a problem. My sister, Kimberly Allison Rotundo, prefers it without the cracker crumbs, so I only do that on half."
