Directions:
Melt marshmallows and milk in a double boiler stirring frequently. Blend candied fruits, pecans, raisins and coconut together with the cracker and wafer crumbs. Place cake mixture in a buttered tube pan and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving. Keep cake refrigerated.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Karen Sue Hensley Kessick (Virginia's daughter) says: "This fruit cake was Jack Kessick's (my husbands) favorite for years and was responsible for many of his added pounds."
Editor notes: Did you know that Virginia Hensley had a big 90th birthday party at her home in Huntington, W.V., a couple of years ago. Over 100 people showed up to celebrate. Virginia's two children & their spouses, Larry, Susan, Karen Sue, & Jack planned the entire event. We have all been trying to convince them to make this an annual party every year!
