1 lb. ground beef, browned and grease drained
1 can Mexican beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Bag of shredded cheese of your choice
Corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beans, tomatoes, and mushroom soup together. Cover the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish with 1/2 of the corn chips. Layer ground beef on top of chips. Spread bean/tomato/soup mixture over ground beef. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Add a final layer of corn chips.

Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
