1 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can spanish rice
1 (16 oz.) ranch style beans
6 flour tortillas, torn into strips
2 c. shredded long horn cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Brown hamburger in skillet, drain grease. Stir in rice and beans. Simmer for several minutes.
Line a 9x9 baking pan with tortillas. Layer ground beef mixture and half the cheese. Add another layer of tortillas and remaining beef mixture and cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

I add a 15 oz. can of tomato sauce and more hamburger when I make this. If you add more hamburger you will need to use a 9x13 cake pan.
This is very good served with lettuce.
