1 egg, 1 tsp. oil, 3/4 c. water, 4 tsp. soy sauce, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 c. chopped scallions, 1 c. minute rice

In saucepan scramble egg in oil. Add water, soy sauce, garlic & scallions. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
