1 bag cabbage or broccoli slaw
1 c salted sunflower seeds
1 pkg beef ramen soup crunched up
1 c minced green onion

Dressing
1/4 c oil
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/2 c sugar (or less to taste)
couple of squirt of soy sauce
beef ramen seasoning mix

Directions:
Directions:
Assemble slaw, onion, sunflower seeds and crunched up ramen noodles.
Make dressing, toss together and serve.

Easy salad to take to functions. Mix salad ingredients ahead, make dressing in separate container. Mix together just prior to serving. It always dissappears!
