1 or 2 cans small peas
1 can shoe peg (white) corn
1 or 2 cans French green beans
1 red pepper chopped
1 green pepper
celery (optional)
1 chopped onion (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
2/3 to 3/4 c. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all canned vegetables and place in a large bow. Bring oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper to a boil stirring constantly; let cool. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate until ready to serve.
