Ingredients:
Ingredients:
canned tuna (water packed) - drained
2 hard boiled eggs
mayonnaise
pepper
relish

Directions:
Directions:
peel and wash off the boiled eggs and dice. You can also dice onion, celery, cucumber, pickles, etc. and mix all ingredients together. add enough mayo or other salad dressing (I like Italian). you can add grapes or raisins, tomatoes, etc. Fennel and other herbs and spices make it tasty and yummy. I like to toast slices of bread, put in a slice of cheese, smash the toast and return to the toaster to make a toasted cheese sandwich but then I put a layer of tuna fish and some salad greens, (lettuce or fresh spinach) on top of the grilled cheese and top with another grilled cheese and then slice it to make a thick and very tasty variation of the traditional tuna salad sandwich.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The type of bread makes a difference too. If you do the grilled cheese variation use thin bread slices. Onion rolls/Kaiser rolls, bagels, etc.
