1 pkg. white cake mix
1 1/3 c. water
2 egg whites
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake according to package directions, using the 1 1/3 cups water and egg whites. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done. Remove cake from oven; pierce all over with long-tined fork. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and pour over cake. Cover and chill. Spread Cool Whip evenly over top of cake.
