1 pound LUMP crabmeat, 1 1/2 tablespoons PANKO bread crumbs; 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley; 1 egg; 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise; 1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard; A few (several) shots of hot pepper sauce;salt and pepper to taste

You can broil or pan fry these. Preheat oven broiler (if broiling).
Mix together crabmeat, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Beat together egg, mayonnaise, hot sauce and mustard. Combine with other ingredients and mix well.
Form into patties and place on a lightly greased broiler pan/baking sheet; Broil for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown; OR place into a frying pan (first adding 2 TBL of oil). 4-6 minutes or until lightly browned if frying.
