1 quart white vinegar
1 quart water
1/3 C. Hawaiian rock salt
1/2 C. sugar
4 lbs. Maui onions, quartered
2-3 large carrots, sliced
1 large green pepper sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Bring vinegar, salt, water and sugar to a boil. Pour over onions, carrots, and green pepper. Let cool. Refrigerate 1 month.
