1 sleeve Club Crackers or Ritz Crackers
2 large Vidalia Onions
1/2 stick Butter
1 1/4 cup Milk
Grated parmesan or cheddar cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onion in rings or bite size chunks, according to your own preference. Saute onions in butter until translucent, not mushy. Crush crackers in a plastic bag. Put a layer of crackers in bottom of 8 or 9" pan. Add a layer of onions and sprinkle with cheese. Add another layer of crackers and onions and cheese. Pour milk over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325º for 20 - 25 minutes.
