1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp soda in sour cream
2 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add unbeaten egg, then add the sour cream with the soda added.
Mix in the flour and baking powder.
Fold in the coconut.
Drop by teaspoons unto cookie sheet.
Bake @ 350º for about 10 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown.
