4 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. parsely
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. white wine
dash of dry vermouth
salt and pepper to taste

Saute garlic in butter and olive oil then add remainder of ingredients while stirring.
