8 oz. lasagna noodles
3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. green pepper
1 10-oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. grated cheese, jack/colby mix or cheddar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna according to package directions and drain well. Cook butter, onion and green pepper until tender. Stir in cream of chicken soup, mushrooms, pimento, milk and basil. Lay noodles in bottom of 13x9" pan. Top with 1/2 soup mixture, cottage cheese, chicken, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Put another layer of noodles on top followed by the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
