4 T. margarine
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, shredded
3 ribs celery, shredded
6 c. water
12 oz. pkg. frozen tortellini noodles with cheese
4 c. milk
2 c. whipping cream
1 c. (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
4 c. chicken meat, diced
Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in large pot. Add onion, carrots and celery and sauté until tender. Add water and bring to a boil. Add tortellini noodles and cook 12-15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Reduce heat and add milk, whipping cream, Cheez Whiz and chicken. Stir constantly over low heat until cheese is melted. Simmer on low until heated through.
