Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter or shortening
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup corn flakes ( then crush)
1 cup quick rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tbs. water
3 oz. cream cheese (softened)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder together, set aside. Combine butter and sugars beat till light and creamy. Blend in egg and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture. Add corn flakes, oats, and coconut. Remove 1/3 of dough; reserve. Shape remaining dough into balls using little less than a tablespoon or size you want. Place on greased cookies sheet. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in flour. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes. Shape reserved dough into balls using half as much as you used for the main cookie. Bake on greased cookies sheet for 8 minutes. Cool.

Prepare chocolate filling: Melt over hot water (I used the microwave) chocolate chips with confectioners sugar and water. Blend in softened cream cheese, blend till smooth. Spread filling onto larger cookie and top with small cookie.
