1 Frozen pound cake
1 ½ c ricotta cheese
¼ c sugar
¼ c Crème de Cocoa
¼ c mini chocolate pieces
1 c ready to spread chocolate frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cake into 3 layers. Combine cheese, sugar, and 3 tbsp Crème de Cocoa in small bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. Fold in chocolate pieces.

Spread bottom layer with ½ mix. Place 2nd layer on top and spread remaining mix. Place 3rd layer on top.

Combine chocolate frosting and remaining Crème de Cocoa and spread on cake.

Chill ½ hour. Tastes better if it’s kept in a closed container.
