22-24 lb. Corn ham
2 lbs. kale
2 heads of cabbage
1 ½ T. mustard seed
3 T. red hot pepper
3 T. black pepper
3T. salt
6 onions
1 ½ T. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Chop kale, cabbage, and onions up and add all else. Take a sharp butcher knife and stab that ham all over. Then stuff each hole with the greens as tight as you can. After you get them all stuffed, add remaining greens on top and wrap in a cheese cloth and secure well. Boil 5 hours.

Every restaurant here sells them. It is awesome. This was served to President Eisenhower when he was in office and this is the same recipe he tried and he thought it was out of this world.
