3 lb ground beef for ground chuck
1 small onion diced fine
2 T Paprika
3/4 t Red pepper flakes
2 t Salt
1 T Celery salt
1 T Black pepper
1 large bulb garlic
+/- 1 c Water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil;stirring occasionally, until crumbly. Cover with more water. Simmer 3 hours until water is gone.
