4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. chopped green onions
1/2 c pepper-jack or (cheese of your choice) grated
1/4 tsp. salt
6 thick slices bread
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Break eggs into medium mixing bowl and whisk. Slowly add milk and whisk. Add the green onions, cheese, salt and pepper, and mix well. Toast bread lightly. Soak bread one at a time in the egg mixture. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat (enough oil to cover the surface of the pan). Add bread to pan turning once or twice until golden brown.
