1 1/2 c. mayo
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
4 c. broccoli raw or blanched
1 c. toasted sliced almonds
2 c. chopped green apples
1/2 lb. bacon diced and fried
1/2 c. green onion
1 c. sliced celery

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, stir together mayo, vinegar, sugar, and raisins. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to allow the raisins to plump. In a large bowl, toss together; broccoli, almonds, green apples, bacon, green onion and celery. Add dressing and toss well. Chill for about one hour. To toast nuts, spread on a baking sheet and bake in 375º oven for 5-8 minutes.
