2 lb. pork - cut in cubes - flour and brown. add 1/4 c. raisins - 1/2 c. water. Cover pan tight and cook over low heat 20 minutes. Add 2 green peppers cut in strips. I also add small can of chopped pineapples. Blend: 1/4 c. sugar-1 and 1/2 c. water - 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 T. cornstarch - 1/4 c. vinegar - 1/8 c. soy sauce. Pour over meat. Cover and let simmer 30 minutes. stirring constantly. Serve over rice.
