2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
.5 cup margarine
2 T orange juice
1 tsp orange rind (not white part which is sour)
2 tsp baking powder
.25 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar with margarine. Add eggs, oj, rind and beat together. Add the dry ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out and cut into circles using a glass. Put small amount of fruit only jam in center and pinch ends to make a triangle. You can brush dough with egg yolk before baking. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
