1 can Palm Heart Chunks
1 can Artichokes
2 slices white bread
1 small onion
1 cup low fat mayonnaise
fresh basil
salt, pepper, garlic
juice of 1 lemon
hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, pulse the palm hearts, artichokes, and onion (don't overfull the bowl". Put in mixing bowl. Pulse the bread and basil sprigs; add to the vegetables. Add mayo, lemon juice, spices, and taste for spice. Place in nice serving bowl; add garnish. Let sit in refrigerator at least 6 hours. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
