IN MIXING BOWL BEAT SLIGHTLY EGG AND SALT PUT FLOUR IN.. MAKE INTO 2 BALLS..PUT FLOUR ON TABLE ROLL OUT AS THIN AS YOU WANT CUT INTO STRIPS
