1 lg. can Carnation
4½ c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. walnuts
18 oz. chocolate chips
3 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring carnation and sugar to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

2. Add butter, walnuts, chocolate, and vanilla stirring till chips and butter are melted.

3. Pour into a cookie sheet.
