4 Oz Saltine Crackers (one Sleeve)
1 Cup butter
1 Cup of brown Sugar
1 12 oz pkg Semisweet Chocolate Chips
¾ Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven 400º.
2.Line cookie sheet with saltine crackers in a single layer.
3.In a saucepan combine sugar and butter. Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes. Immediately pour over saltines. Cover completely.
4.Bake 400º for 5-6 minutes.
5.Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Let stand 5 minutes. Spread out melted chocolate. Spread on nuts.
6.Refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces.
