• 3 Parts Cornmeal
• 1 egg (optional)
• Milk

Heat cast iron skillet (or cornbread skillet that makes wedges) with a little bacon grease in the bottom. Mix all ingredients. When skillet is hot, pour mixture in and bake at 425 until brown.
