Ingredients:  
1 20 oz can chunk pineapple in its own juice, drain and save 1/2 c juice
1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar. In a 1 1/2 qt. baking dish alternately layer pineapple and flour/sugar mixture.
Pour pineapple juice over the all and add cheese to cover the top.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
