2 eggs
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c light Karo syrup
3/4 c grated coconut
1/2 c quick oatmeal
1/2 c Grape Nuts cereal
1/2 c melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Beat eggs with electric mixer
Beat in sugar and syrup until mixture is thick and pale. Stir in coconut, oatmeal, vanilla, butter and salt. Mix well. Pour into the unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes until golden brown.
