7 to 8 cups bread flour
1 cup Hungry Jack Mashed Potato flakes
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 cups water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease three 8x4 loaf pans. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cups and level off. Combine 2 cups flour, potato flakes, salt and yeast. Blend well. Heat water, milk and margarine until very warm (120 to 130 degrees)). Add warm liquid to flour mixture. Blend until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Stir in additional 4 3/4 to 5 1/4 cups flour until dough pulls cleanly away from sides of bowl.

Knead about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Let rise til until double . Punch down and let rise until up to 1 inch over top of pans. about 30 to 40 minutes.
Oven 375 degrees, Bake 35 to 45 minutes. Brush with melted butter. Cool on wire racks.
